Surrogacy is a reproductive process where a woman carries and delivers a baby for another couple or individual. In UAE, this procedure is permitted only for infertile couples or singles who cannot carry a pregnancy to term due to medical conditions.
Additional:
All parties involved must be legally married, and the surrogate mother should not be the biological mother of the child. The cost ranges from AED 150,000 to AED 200,000 (approx. $40,000 to $54,500). Additional documentation like proof of income, medical reports, and a clear criminal record are required.
